TYPICAL DINNER: TRIP TO NAGOYA AND BACK

Chef Tatsuhiko Tanaka will propose a typical menu of his hometown: Nagoya. A journey to discover a lesser-known and... very tasty Japan.

In collaboration with the Italian Sake School that will accompany us on this fantastic journey by pairing three sakes and...some surprises!!

Menu:

  • Bis antipasti: Doteni (Lampredotto stewed with miso and ginger) and a vegetable appetizer.

  • Second course: Sake saikyoyaki (salmon marinated in miso and grilled); Butano kakuni (pork belly stewed with soy sauce and ginger)

  • Rice and miso soup

  • Sweet

  • 3 types of Sake
