In collaboration with the Italian Sake School that will accompany us on this fantastic journey by pairing three sakes and...some surprises!!

Bis antipasti: Doteni (Lampredotto stewed with miso and ginger) and a vegetable appetizer.
Second course: Sake saikyoyaki (salmon marinated in miso and grilled); Butano kakuni (pork belly stewed with soy sauce and ginger)
