The ABC of Traditional Japanese Spirits: Awamori & Shochu

Tasting with Luca Rendina, teacher of the Italian Sake School and importer as well as a profound connoisseur of Japanese distilleries.
 For the first time in Italy, a tasting focused on traditional Japanese spirits to explore a world that is still little known and prior to modern spirits (whisky and gin). We will take a small step journey into the history of ancient Japan and ideally visit southern Japan with its typical productions.
